Day Twenty : Weigh In #3!

I know I’ve been a bit MIA with the whole health journey, but I’m still doing quite well and am finding it easier and easier.  I still want to post food pics, but just am out of the habit of taking them…  it has gotten much easier for me to space my meals, cook supper after work, eat only half of supper and save the rest for lunch the next day.  I’m really in a good routine now!

And I had a weigh in today…down 2.5 lbs!  That’s a total of 11 lbs. in 3 weeks!  I’m very excited, especially since at this rate, I’ll be getting my new phone after next week’s weigh in…say a prayer for my discipline!!
